JGR Properties in Littleton, Colorado was
incorporated in 1998 by Joan Rounds after being licensed since 1985
with several other metro Denver real estate companies and believing
there needed to be some changes. She believed that the areas
which needed the most improvement were customer service and
commission rates. JGR Properties was built on the philosophy
that it is crucial for real estate agents to provide exceptional
customer service, and offer variable commission rates. It is
that combination over the years that has shown buyers and sellers
they are valued, respected and are being treated honestly and
fairly.
We at JGR Properties appreciate that no two real estate
transactions are alike, and therefore understand that we must be
interactive, accessible and engaging with each client. Open
communication early in the process makes it much easier and more
efficient for everyone involved. This provides us with the

I am the founder and owner of JGR Properties, a real estate
agency located in historic Littleton, Colorado since 1998.
Having been in the real estate business since 1985, I have seen
many ups and downs in the Denver metro real estate market and have
learned that changes provide opportunities. My favorite quote
comes from Chuck Swindoll…"We are all faced with a series of great
opportunities, brilliantly disguised as impossible
situations." I work closely with my daughter and we strive to
take advantage of great opportunities and encourage our clients to
do the same.
I have always enjoyed working with people and I love looking at
houses, so assisting people in buying/selling real estate provides
a wonderful opportunity for me. I have found over the years
that the needs and wants vary tremendously from person to person,
and listening is the key to providing excellent service to
clients. We strive to make your needs and wants become a
reality.
I grew up in Cherry Hills, now live in Greenwood Village and
have offices in historic downtown Littleton, so I am very familiar
with the entire Littleton real estate market and area. I love
it here. The Lord has blessed me with a great family, all of
whom live in the Littleton area. My husband and I have two
married adult children and four grandchildren, with whom we enjoy
spending as much time as possible. My horses and dogs add
much pleasure to my life, as do the beautiful Colorado mountains
where I enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and
photography.

So I LOVE REAL ESTATE!!!! I started in the Real Estate
business in 2003 helping my Mom and knew that I loved it from the
beginning. I believe strongly that you can't be a good
salesperson unless you believe in what you sell. What better
state to get to sell houses in than COLORADO! I am fortunate
to be able to work in a family owned business which started 1991
and get to office in the Historic Home of Richard Little, the
family for which the city of Littleton is named.
My Mom and I often team together in many of our real estate
transactions as God has given each of us different qualities and
specialties. I am the competitor. I have been known to
be a bit competitive in life and have taken that into real
estate. I will diligently look to find my clients the best
house for the best price fitting each client's specific
criteria. I will also work my hardest to make sure your house
is ready to sell before it goes on the market to get the best price
possible.
The things I love in life are...coaching and playing soccer,
running under the moonlight and stars with one of my cute dogs,
laughing with my boys, hanging out with great friends, competition
of any kind, trying new recipes, water skiing at Lake Powell,
seeing the joy in the face of families when they have found the
PERFECT home, and above all trying to live for Christ.
