ABOUT JGR PROPERTIES

JGR Properties was incorporated in 1998 by Joan Rounds, as a result of Joan working with other real estate companies and recognizing that customer service was lacking and commissions charged were too high. JGR Properties’ philosophy is to provide the best customer service, give the client the attention and time they deserve and offer variable commission rates.

We realize that there are many choices when it comes to choosing a realtor and that is the very reason we know we have to be different. We are not the biggest name in the real estate world, but that is not of utmost importance. What is important is our superior customer service and the desire and ability to meet the clients’ needs. Our business continues to grow from referrals because our clients walk away from their purchase/sale transaction knowing they have received the best possible service and have built a relationship that they can trust in the years to come. We are confident that we are successful in meeting the goals.

JGR Properties Inc. consists of three agents each of whom has his/her own individual style and specialties. We compliment and assist one another, working as a team. Our specialty areas are Littleton and Greenwood Village; however, we have sold, listed and are comfortable with the entire Denver Metro Area and surrounding areas to include Parker, Boulder, Park Hill, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Westminster and Aurora.
