Joan is the
owner and founder of JGR Properties
Inc., a real estate agency in Littleton, CO, which was incorporated
in 1998. Previously Joan was associated with several other real
estate firms and has over 22 years experience in the real estate
industry. Joan was raised in Old Cherry Hills Village and has been
a resident of Greenwood Village for over 20 years. She loves Colorado
and especially loves the Littleton area. With an abundance of knowledge
of the area Joan specializes in the Littleton/Greenwood Village
area having seen the ups and downs of the area for years. She is
excited about the opportunities of having a “team approach”
as this allows for superior customer service and more time to concentrate
on what matters, “the clients needs.” Her reputation
of honesty and dedication has been built over the years and her
business has grown by referrals because she respects the needs of
each client and expects to have a lasting relationship with all

| Kelly Belcher | ||||
| Kelly has been licensed since 2004 and previously was a real estate assistant, which allowed her to gain knowledge and a better understanding of the business. Kelly is a Colorado native and grew up in the Littleton area. She is a graduate of Littleton High School and obtained her degree in Restaurant and Resort Management from Colorado State University. Kelly and her husband live in the Maple Ridge Neighborhood where they enjoy spending time on the Highline Canal with their dogs, Otis and Sammy. Kelly has found her niche and loves the personal attention she is able to give each client whether he/she is selling or purchasing a new home. Kelly and her mother, Joan have teamed together in order to offer all clients the attention they need and deserve. Kelly and Joan compliment each others strengths and are willing to assist you at all times. Together they want to create lasting impressions with each client and to be the obvious choice for the best real estate agents in Littleton and the Denver metro area.
